Our detailed inspection covers all major systems and components--including roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, safety equipment, interior and exterior finishes and overall workmanship using a thorough, unbiased approach. You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-understand report with photos and expert findings that highlight current conditions and potential concerns.

If any defects are found we document them and recommend a corrective action. If you want us to do the repair we are warranty certified or if you would rather do the repairs you order the necessary parts and complete the repair at your facility. Our Elkhart location allows us to pick up repair parts the same day in most cases to make sure repairs are done quickly and efficiently. No more waiting for weeks after your unit reaches your lot to have it ready to sell. We are certified to do warranty work on all OEMS as well as parts from suppliers like Lippert, Truma, Dometic, AirExcel, Winnegard...in the unlikely event of a problem too big for us to handle our close relationships with OEMS and suppliers allows us the ability to have a factory technician out here usually within 24 hours to assess the repair in most cases. Our centrally located Elkhart location also puts us close to major East/West and North/South highways for your transports convenience.
